PART XXIV - OBJECTION PROCEEDINGS
Section 190. Release of property.
(1) If the execution creditor does not, within three days after service of the objection, request the bailiff to release the property, he shall be deemed to contest the objection.
(2) If the execution creditor does not, contest the objection he shall not, in the absence of special circumstances be liable for damages, but shall be liable to pay the objector's reasonable costs and expenses.
