PART II - OFFENCES
Section 32. An order of His Royal Highness the Sultan.
(1) His Royal Highness the Sultan may, as the Head of the Religion of the State, issue an order, from time to time, on any specific matter which is not contrary to Hukum Syarak:
Provided that the Order shall come into force on such date as His Royal Highness the Sultan may by notification in the Gazette appoint.
(2) Any person who fails to comply with the Order in sub-section (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
