Section 83. Minutes


(1) The Secretary shall keep the minutes of all meetings of the Committee.

(2) At every meeting the minutes of the previous meeting shall be read and confirmed, subject to any amendment which may be required.

(3) The minutes shall be entered in the minute book of the Committee and shall contain a full record of every resolution made by the Committee.

(4) No decision made in any meeting of the Committee shall be acted upon until the minutes of the meeting have been confirmed.
