Section 76. Annual reports.
The Majlis shall cause full and true accounts' of the General Endowment Fund to be kept and shall as soon as possible after the 31st day of December of every year issue and publish in the Gazette a report on the activities of the Majlis during the preceding year, together with a balance sheet of the General Endowment Fund as at 31st day of December, an income and expenditure account of the Fund for the year and a list of properties and investments of the Fund showing their cost if bought, and estimated value as at the 31st day of December.
