Section 219. Interlocutory proceedings.


The Court may on the application of any party make interim orders for the purpose of preserving any property in issue in the proceedings or safeguarding the rights of any party, pending trial, or facilitating the trial and may permit amendment of any proceedings or correction of any error, on such terms as may be just. Any such application may be made orally, but any party effected thereby shall be given the opportunity to be heard thereon.
