Section 65. Application to marry more than one.
A man who has a lawful wife and intends to take another wife or more, shall have to make an application to the Kadi of his area in order to obtain his sanction by using the prescribed forms:
Provided that the applicant may appeal to the Mufti if he is not satisfied with the decision of the Kadi.
