Section 69. Offence on apportioned property.
(1) It shall be an offence if a husband fails to surrender to the wife or destroys or damages the property and things after their apportionment been made to the wife.
(2) It shall be an offence if a a wife fails to surrender to the husband or destroys or damages the property and things after their apportionment has been made to the husband.
