PART III - SYARIAH COURTS
Section 63. Transitional provisions for pending cases.
For the purpose of the disposal of cases and matters pending before the Syariah Courts and remaining undisposed of the coming into force of this Enactment, the provisions relating to procedures under this Enactment shall as far as possible be applied unless it occasions a failure of justice.
