PART IX - GENERAL
Section 117. Saving of rules and appointments.
All rules, proclamations, orders, notices, forms, authorisation letters and appointments issued or made under or by virtue of any Part of the 1982 Enactment repealed by this Enactment shall remain in force, insofar as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Enactment, until revoked or replaced by rules, proclamations, order, notices, forms, authorisation letters or appointments issued or made under the provisions of this Enactment.
