PART IV - MARRIAGE, DIVORCE AND RUJUK
Section 74. Divorce and Taklik.
(1) A wife may apply to the Court for a divorce in pursuance of the terms of a taklik of her husband and the Court shall investigate and consider the application. If the Court finds that the application must be approved the divorce shall then be confirmed.
(2) The divorce shall be registered in accordance with section 68.
