PART XXIX - MONIES, INVESTED FUNDS AND PROPERTY IN COURT
Section 217. Mode of payment.
Payment of any sum standing in the Court's account may, if not more than $20, be made in cash and, if over $20, shall be made by cheque crossed and endorsed "not negotiable and payable to the payee or order and marked "Payable only within 30 days after date". A fresh cheque may be issued in place of one not cashed in due time.
