PART XIX - EXECUTION
Section 139. Matters covered by order.
The commission, fees and expenses, and advocate's costs of execution shall be leviable in addition to the judgment debt. Advocate's cost shall, unless the Court otherwise directs, be assessed at five percentum of the amount of the judgment debt.
