OF SUSPENSIONS, REMISSIONS AND COMMUTATIONS OF SENTENCES
Section 133. Power to commute punishment.
His Royal Highness the Sultan in consultation with the Mufti may, without the consent of the person sentenced, commute any one of the following sentences for any other mentioned after it, namely -
[Amd. En A32. s3a]
(a) whipping;
(b) imprisonment;
[Amd. En A32. s3b]
(c) fine; or
[Amd. En A32. s3c]
(d) any other sentence as His Royal Highness the Sultan may deem fit.
