Section 87B. Khutbah.
(1) Only khutbah approved by the Majlis be read as khutbah for the purpose of Friday prayers or Hari Raya prayers or other prayers involving the reading of khutbah.
(2) Any person who contravenes the provision of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding three years or to both.
