PART IX - OFFENCES
Section 138. Presumption.
Where any person in contravention of section 136 or 137 sells or has sold any food, drinks or substance for smoking in his capacity as an employee his employer shall be presumed to have abetted such offence unless he proves that such offence was committed without his authority, knowledge or consent and that he has taken all reasonable steps to prevent its commission.
