Section 163. Fatwa
Whoever issues, announces or circulates by whatever means any fatwa or ruling relating to the teachings of the Religion of Islam or Malay Custom other than the fatwa or ruling as may be issued by the Majlis, Mufti, or any authorized person shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment two years or to both.
