Section 23. Encouraging maksiat.
Any person who organises, persuades or encourages anyone to do any maksiat shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding four months or to both.
