PART III - THE FATWA COMMITTEE

Section 15. Minutes

(1) The Secretary shall keep minutes of all meetings of the Fatwa Committee.

(2) At every meeting, the minutes of the previous meeting shall be read and confirmed, subject to any amendment which may be required.

(3) Such minutes shall be entered in the minute book and shall include a full verbatim record of every resolution of the Fatwa Committee.

(4) Provided that no decision referred to in any of the Fatwa Committee’s Meeting shall be acted upon until the minute of the meeting is certified.
