PART XVIII - JUDGMENTS AND ORDERS
Section 129. Instalments, when due.
If any order is made for payment by instalments, the instalments shall, in the absence of any direction to the contrary, be deemed to be payable on the first day of the calendar month next after that in which the order was made and on the first day of each succeeding calendar month.
