PART III - THE FATWA COMMITTEE
Section 23. Amendment or revocation of Fatwa
(1) The
Fatwa
Committee may amend or revoke any
fatwa
that has been published in the
Gazette,
under this Enactment, or any previous Enactment.
(2) The provisions of section 21 shall apply to any amendment or revocation of a
fatwa.
(3) An amendment or a revocation of a
fatwa
published in the
Gazette
shall cite that it is made pursuant to section 23.
