PART X - PROCEDURE IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS
Section 209. Appeal to HRH the Sultan on sentence only.
(1) An appeal to His Royal Highness may be made in respect of a sentence passed in any case the appeal of which has been finally disposed of by the Court of Appeal. His Royal Highness shall have the power to reduce, enhance or alter whatever sentence already passed.
(2) Any party dissatisfied with any sentence may file a notice of appeal to the Court of Appeal within ten days from the date of the final disposal of the appeal.
