Section 27.Secrecy.
The proceeding of the Majlis shall be kept secret and no member or servant thereof shall disclose or divulge to any person, other than His Royal Highness the Sultan, the Menteri Besar and any member of the Majlis, any matter that had arisen at any meeting unless he is authorised or required by the Majlis.
