Section 249. Savings of ruels and appoinments.
All Rules, proclamations, orders, notices, forms, licences and appoinments issued or made udner any written law repealed by this enactment shall remain in force, so far as they are not inconsistent with or replaced by the provisions of this enactment, until revoked or replaced by rules, orders, licences or appointments issued or made under this Enactment.
