Section 36. Contravention of section 32
Any person who contravenes section 32 commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding three months or both, and for a second or subsequent offence shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment not exceeding six months or both.
