Section 53. Vesting of wakaf, nazr and trusts property in Majlis

All property subject to section 52 shall without any conveyance, assignment or transfer, and, in the case of immovable property, upon registration under the written law relating to land, vest in the Majlis, for the purpose of the wakaf, nazr ‘am or trust affecting the property.
