(SYARIAH COURT) (AMENDMENT) FEES RULES 2003

Rule 2. Amendment of the Schedule.

The (Syariah Court) Fees Rules 1994 [Kn. P.U. 5/1994] is amended by substituting for the Schedule the following Schedule:

SCHEDULE

2.	Inheritance Certificate	—	—
	(a) the value of the estate not exceeding RM25,000.00 (b) the value of the estate exceeds RM25,000.00 but not exceeding RM100,000.00 (c) the value of the estate exceeds RM100,000.00 but not exceeding RM500,000.00 (d) the value of the estate exceeds RM500,000.00	10.00 — — —	— 15.00 20.00 an additional of RM10.00 for every 100,000.00
3.	Munasakhah certificate If the Inheritance Certificate is required to be given in respect of the second, third and subsequent deceased of the estate the first deceased, in the same certificate, the fees shall be prescribed for every munasakhah	10.00	15.00
4.	Certifying any copies of document which is not prepared by the Court	10.00	10.00
