(1) These rules may be cited as the Syariah Court Civil Procedure (Sulh) Rules 2007.
(2) These Rules shall not apply to an application for a divorce under the Islamic Family Law Enactment 2002 [En. 6/02] and further proceeding in respect thereof shall be conducted in accordance with the Enactment.
