THE WHIPPING RULES 1987
Rule 8. Method of whipping.
(1) The whipping shall be done moderately.
(2) The person executing the whipping shall not raise the rattan to the level of his head.
(3) The whippings shall be continuous and not more than with the number of strokes ordered by the Court.
