(1) The whipping shall not be executed until a period of fourteen days from the date of the judgement has expired or, if there is an appeal, after a decision has been made by the Syariah Appeal Court.
(2) The whipping shall be executed as soon as possible after the expiration of the period as in sub-section (1).
