SHAR'IYAH COURTS (FEES) RULES, 1972
Rules 2. Fees.
The fees described in column (2) and column (3) of the First Schedule and the Second Schedule hereunder shall be imposed and paid in cash in respect of all causes, matters and proceedings decribed in column (1) of the Schedules respectively.
