PART VI - INTERDICTION AND SUSPENSION
Rule 47. Receipt of unpaid emoluments.
Where disciplinary proceedings against an officer or servant
(a) result in the officer or servant being dismissed, he shall not be entitled to any part of the emoluments which has not been paid to him during the interdiction or suspension; or
(b) result in the officer or servant being imposed with a punishment other than dismissal, the officer or servant may receive any part of the emoluments which has not been paid to him during his interdiction or suspension according to the discretion of the Disciplinary Committee.
