Rule 23. Validity and renewal of Sijil Peguam Syarie.
(1) Every Sijil Peguam Syarie shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of issue.
(2) Every Sijil Peguam Syarie may be renewed upon the Chief Syariah Judge being satisfied that the applicant has paid the fee of
two hundred and fifty ringgit and has complied with the requirements of these rules.
(3) An application to renew the Sijil Peguam Syarie under subrule (1) shall be made in Form C in the Schedule.
