Rule 20. Prohibition on acting as editor, etc. of newspapers. etc.

An officer or servant shall not act as the editor of, or take part directly or indirectly in the management of, or in any way make any financial contributions or otherwise to, any publication, including any newspaper, magazine or journal, except the following:

(a) Majlis or staff publications;

(b) professional publications;

(d) publication which are approved by the Majlis.
