PART VI - INTERDICTION AND SUSPENSION
Rule 49. Surcharge.
(1) Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in these rules, the Disciplinary Authority may impose or surcharge on any officer in accordance with the Financial Procedure Act 1957.
(2) Every imposition of a surcharge under subrule (1) shall be recorded in the officer's Government Service Book.
