(1) Any complaint concerning the conduct of any Peguam Syarie in his professional capacity shan be made to the Committee.
(2) The Court or Pcndakwa Syarie may, at any time, refer to the Committee any information touching upon the conduct of a Peguam Syarie in his professional capacity.
