PART V - PUNISHMENT

Rule 38. Disciplinary punishment.

The Disciplinary Committee may if it finds an officer or servant guilty of contravening any of the provisions of these rules, and after having regard to the seriousness of the offence, impose upon an officer or servant anyone or any combination of two or more of the following punishments:

(a) warning;

(b) fine;

(d) deferment of salary movement;

(e) reduction of salary;

(f) reduction in rank;

(g) dismissal.
