Rule 13. The Register of Peguam Syarie.

(1) The Secretary of the Committee shall maintain a Register of Peguam Syarie.

(2) There shall be entered in the Register of Peguam Syarie-

(a) the name of the Peguam Syarie;

(b) the name under which he practices or the name of the firm:

(d) his date of admission.

(3) In the event of any change in the particulars of a Peguam Syarie as stated in subrule (2), the Peguam Syarie shall, within a period of foulieen days thereafter, inform the Committee and the change shall be entered in the Register.

(4) Any person may inspect the Register during office hours without any payment.
