Rule 20. Order by the Committee to contain statement of its findings, etc.

Every order made by the Committee on an application or complaint made to it under these rules shall be prefaced by a statement of its findings in relation to the facts of the case and shall be signed by the Chairman of the Committee or by any member of the Committee authorised by the Committee.
