Rule 19. Appeal against Order of the Committee to the Mahkamah Rayuan Syariah.
An appeal against any order made by the Chief Syariah Judge or the Committee in respect of an application or complaint under these rules shall be made to the Mahkamah Rayuan Syariah either at the instance of the applicant or the Peguam Syarie against whom the complaint is made within a period of one month from the date of the order.
