PART II - ESTABLISHMENT OF PEGUAM SYARIE QUALIFYING AND DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE
Rule 5. Termination of appointment and resignation.
(1) The appointment of members of the Committee under paragraph 4 (1) (c) may at any time be terminated by the His Royal Highness the Sultan without assigning any reason therefor.
(2) A member of the Committee appointed under paragraph 4 (1) (c) may any time resign his office by rendering a notice to the Chairman of the Committee.
