PART II - ESTABLISHMENT OF PEGUAM SYARIE QUALIFYING AND DISCIPLINE COMMITTEE

Rule 6. Meetings of the Committee.

(1) The Chairman shall preside at any meeting of the Committee.

(2) Three members present, which shall include the Chairman shall form the quorum of a meeting.

(3) The decision of the meeting of the Committee shall be made by syura.

(4) Subject to these rules the Committee may prescribe its own procedure.
