Rule 21. Peguam Syarie may apply to have his name removed from the Register.
(1) Any Peguam Syarie may, subject to this rule, apply to the Committee to have his name removed from the Register.
(2) Every such application shall be supported by an affidavit which shall be served on the Committee not less than two months before the application is heard.
(3) The Committee may, if it considers it necessary, require the Peguam Syarie to publish a notice of his application to have his name removed from the Register in such manner or form as the Committee may direct.
