PART V - PUNISHMENT

Rule 42. Reduction in rank.

The Disciplinary Committee may impose the punishment of reduction in rank on an officer or servant in the following manner:

(a) by reducting the grade of the officer or servant to a lower grade; and

(b)

by determining the salary of the officer or servant at a salary point in the salary Schedule of such reduced grade, which is a salary lower than, but nearest to, the last drawn salary of the officer or servant before the punishment impose on him.
