Rule 5. Peguam Syarie Register Book.
(1) Upon the issue of every certificate, the Kadi Besar shall cause to be entered in the register known as the Peguam Syarie Register Book, the particulars contained in the application form submitted under rules 3 and 4. The register shall be kept open for inspection during the official working hours free of charge.
(2) If there is any change in the particulars in the application form with respect to any Peguam Syarie, he shall within one month form the date thereof notify the Kadi Besar, and the Kadi Besar shall thereupon cause the entry to be made in respect of that Peguam Syarie in the Peguam Syarie Register Book.
