Rule 4. Sijil Peguam Syarie.
(1) No person shall practice as Peguam Syarie except with a certificate issued by the Kadi Besar in Form B in the Schedule.
(2) Any application for or the renewal of the certificate shall be made in Form C in the Schedule.
(3) The fee for the certificate or its renewal shall be one hundred ringgit, payable upon the issue of the certificate.
(4) The certificate issued under this rule, shall be valid for a period from the date it is issued and shall expire on 31st December of the year in which it issued.
