Rule 3. Admission of Peguam Syarie.
(1) Every person who desires to be admitted and enrolled as Peguam Syarie in the State of Malacca shall make an application to the Kadi Besar in Form A in the Schedule.
(2) The application fee shall be fifty ringgit, and no portion thereof shall be refundable if the application is disapproved.
(3) The Kadi Besar shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, admit and enroll the person as Peguam Syarie.
