Rule 7. Power of Kadi Besar.
Every Peguam Syarie shall be subject to the control of the Kadi Besar and his certificate may be revoked, withdrawn, suspended or renewal thereof refused by the Kadi Besar, if he contravenes any of the provisions under rule 6.
