REGISTRATION OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS SCHOOLS (MALACCA) REGULATIONS 2003

Regulation 4. Certificate of registration.

When an application for registration having been duly made pursuant to these Regulations is approved, the Registrar shall immediately register the religious school and its instrument of management and issue a certification of registration in Form D of the First Schedule.
