Regulation 7. Changes of address of premise of religious school.

(1) An application for approval to change the address of premise of a religious school or to make any alteration to the premise shall be made to the Registrar within a period of not less than three months before the change of address or the alteration to the premise is done.

(2) An application under subregulation (1) shall be made in Form E of the First Schedule and shall be accompanied by the relevant fee as specified in the Second Schedule.
