SYARIAH COURT CIVIL PROCEDURE (COSTS AND ALLOWANCES) RULES 2004
Rule 1. Citation and commencement.
(1) These Rules may be cited as the Syariah Court Civil Procedure (Costs and Allowances) Rules 2004.
(2) These Rules shall come into operation on 3 March 2004.
